More than 500 million people will be able to follow the 56th edition of Vuelta a Espaņa. It will be broadcast live or/and prerecorded in a total of 150 countries. In 44 countries in the American continent, including E.E.U.U., people will be able to enjoy a prerecorded broadcast. An important part of the 29 African countries as well as 34 countries in Asia and Oceania will offer live images. And this will be the second year Japan had acquired the broadcasting rights.
In Europe, thanks to the UER, a whole lot of countries with a tremendous cycling tradition, such as Germany, France, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal or Italy, will follow a live broadcast.
Besides, thanks to the international TVE channel and to the different satellite, images of Vuelta a Espaņa will reach the five continents.
